- דַּיִש, דְּיָשָׁא, דַּיִישch. sam(דיש, דייש treading, threshing). Targ. O. Deut. 25:4. Targ. Is. 28:18; a. e.Ḥull.6b (prov.) תורא מדִּישֵׁיהוכ׳ the ox has a right to eat of what he threshes.
